Below you'll find everything you need to know about your upcoming vacation, including check-in details, contact info, reminders, and local resources. We're excited to host you and are here to help ensure your stay is easy and enjoyable.
Your Vacation Rental Details
Check-In: 3:30 PM
Check-Out: 9:30 AM
Lockbox Code. Your lockbox code will be emailed at 3:15 PM on the day of arrival. If you won't have access to your email at that time, please call our office at 3:30 PM to retrieve your check-in information.
Trash Instructions. Check your email.
Wi-Fi Access. Check your email.
Keys. Your lockbox will contain 2 keys unless the property has keyless entry. Please return all keys to the lockbox upon departure to avoid a $60 charge.
Helpful Tips
Refrigerators. It may take several hours to fully cool after being stocked. Consider bringing a cooler for immediate needs.
Storms. Please secure patio furniture and close umbrellas when not in use.
Bugs. Wood roaches and ants are common but harmless. If you see a nest or many bugs, let us know. Sand fleas, flies, and greenheads are also part of Cape life. Shake out beach items to avoid bringing them indoors.
Bathrooms. Cape Cod plumbing is delicate. Use only "septic safe" products. Homes on well water may have short delays when refilling tanks.
Phones. If the home has a landline, only local calls are permitted. Long-distance charges will be billed to your card.
TV Use. Any rented or purchased movies will also be billed to your card.
