The rear entrance to the house is ramped and there is a first floor bedroom (Queen bed) and a first floor bathroom with a shower however, the doorways and bath do not accommodate a full sized wheel chair. King sized sheets are provided by owner for king bed. Pack-n-Play available. This is strictly a NON SMOKING rental. Sorry, no pets, no exceptions.
