- **Anonymous**: "Location and size of the house was great. Within walking distance to a quiet beach and close to main route. Made traveling easy and fast. Rooms are very spacious and it was great to have two full sized bathrooms, which are also very spacious. Deck area, upstairs balcony and outdoor shower were also a bonus. Fixtures and furniture are outdated, but typical of cape rentals in my experience. Having no AC was almost unbearable during the week. Fans were provided in addition to a couple ones we had brought, but the house was consistently and significantly more hot compared to outside, even with windows open. The heat made it difficult to relax and enjoy the inside as well as sleeping. House was extremely clean upon arrival, however, kitchen counter had the tendency of attracting swarms of small ants. The hot water was also turned off when we arrived, which was odd and had to call for assistance." (6/5)

There is no AC but we arranged to bring our own and pay the electric bill difference. The biggest issue was the upkeep of the yard. It had not been mowed in ages or cleaned up. We asked several times before our arrival and at least 4 times during our 3 week stay (through email and phone) and it was never remedied. It affected our use of the yard and house." (6/5)
