Simple, clean with a new washer dryer, small kitchen area for simple meals that can be enjoyed on the deck. I particularly enjoyed the wooded feel and proximity to the pond for my dog. The outdoor shower was a bonus although the indoor bathroom was updated and had a really nice shower. I loved the pine flooring and how the front and back screen doors allowed for a cross breeze. Proximity to coast guard and Nauset light beaches was a simple 5 minute drive but if you’re a biker you could easily ride to coast guard. The beds were a bit soft for my taste, but the living room furniture was comfy. This is in a wooded area so you will have shade, but the yard was large and got plenty of sun if you want to lay outdoors. I loved the touches of the vintage post cards framed around the house and the overhead fans were a bonus .I thought it was slightly overpriced for the size as I have stayed in regular size homes for near the same cost. I would still love to come back here again with my dog for a week of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay and for replying quickly with any management needs." (10/5)
