Keyes Memorial Beach is just 800 feet away, Veterans Beach is approximately .6 miles away, and Kalmus Beach is approximately .9 miles away. Main Street, Hyannis, with its shops, restaurants, galleries, and activities, is about .7 miles from the home. Hyannis Harbor, where you can enjoy waterfront dining or catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, is approximately .9 miles away.

The second floor features three additional bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite private bathroom, another has two twin beds with an ensuite private bathroom, and the third has a full bed. A third full bathroom is located in the hallway.
The third floor features two more bedrooms and a hallway half bathroom. One bedroom has a full bed and the other has two twin beds. Please note that the third-floor stairs are steep and the hallway ceilings are “Cape Cod traditional” height, so taller guests may need to stoop in certain areas.
Outside, the home offers a private fenced patio area with an outdoor shower, seating and a gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a beach day or enjoying summer evenings. A gas grill is located near the kitchen and breakfast area for easy outdoor cooking.
Amenities include air conditioning throughout, smart streaming TVs, free Wi-Fi, beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and off-street parking for up to 6 cars.

All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes an administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.
