The owner made some upgrades to the doors and deck which was a nice surprise.the upstairs stay cool and comfortable, the only issue is the bedrooms do not have independent AC. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe the addidtion of some split systems would alleviate this minor issue. This is a great rental for a large family and comes highly recommended." (8/5)
