And yes, you are right next to the waterfront too which is another plus. We found the unit very comfortable and perfect for our needs, but be advised that if you are a very large person, some parts are kind of "snug" and there are height challenges in a couple of spots. Bear in mind that Provincetown is full of historic buildings, so this is normal in our experience here. We have been coming to P-town for years each summer because we have family in Wellfleet, and this is now our favorite place to stay." (10/5)
