Step into the home and you see the first of two spacious sitting rooms, hardwood floors throughout. Walk through to the other comfortable sitting room and sliders lead out to the deck. Here you see the wooded private backyard, the grill and enough outdoor furniture.

Inside, there is a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, ideal for socializing while cooking. Appliances are recently updated. On this floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms have two twins beds each, and the master bed has a queen bed. The master is large with a sunny skylight, walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom ensuite.

This home is lovingly cared for with amenities galore! There are three tvs throughout, books, a writing desk, beach chairs, puzzles, games for kids, CD collection, blow dryers in each bathroom, lots of thoughtful details.

The home is located on a very quiet street that is a dead end, emptying into the National Seashore. It is perfect for walking (1/2 an hour walk into town) and even better for biking, as the road is not a busy street. Privacy, quiet, woods of Wellfleet!
