There are unsafe stairs to a marshy area; no path, no beach. The road is very busy with no sidewalks, so you have to drive to the nearby beach and you need a sticker to park. We drove everywhere because it was unsafe to walk or bike. It's dangerous getting in and out of the driveway in a car because of the angles, bushes, and speed of the road. The house is clean and nice but very spare on things like pillows and blankets (bed and throw). It's not possible to enjoy the bay views from outside the house.
