Water View With Pool Access! (2353)

Had a great time but there was a major issue that needs to be taken care off. The storm door only opens half way making it difficult to enter and leave the cottage. There were also some minor issues. The utensil box could use some forks and tea spoons. The kitchen could also use a medium sized metal spatula and a can opener. There are cook ware in the cabinates that will never be used like two pressure cookers, cookie jar and a broken electric can opener. These objects take up needed space in the cabinates that can be more useful for groceries. If someone from Berkshire Hathaway Services could stay there overnight and cook there for two days they would understand what I'm talking about. Otherwise we still had a good time. We'd stay there again.

Great location. Lots of potential, but could use some updating and a good handyman for some easy fixes.

We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit. This was not the quality of a VRBO that we are accustomed to. It was dirty (unclean glasses, dirt on walls and doors) and we had to clean egg off a chair before sitting on it. Although the bathroom was described as a “modern full bathroom,” we did not have bath soap and ran out of toilet paper. The deck was described as “inviting;” however, it consisted of a rusty patio set with three chairs. The Wi-Fi was very sporadic and there were no directions on which of the four remotes should be used to access the TV. The king bed was two twin beds pushed together, but it was described on VRBO as a “luxurious king bed.” Furthermore, the dead bolt did not work. The best part about this rental was the location.
