This charming cape enjoys an oceanside location in Eastham on a residential cul de sac. Conveniently located near the bike path and the ocean side beaches. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a south facing deck looking into a wooded, fenced in back yard. Central AC.

Main Level: Enter the side door into a bright dining room wing, which leads to a nice, workable kitchen with ample counter space and appliances. The kitchen opens to an inviting living room that has a charming bay window and decorative fireplace. Down a hallway, off the kitchen you will find a full bath and a large bedroom. Here there's a a sitting area and sliding doors that lead to the deck in the back yard. The flooring on this level is carpet in the living room and bedroom and tile in the kitchen and dining room. There are TVs in the living room and the sitting area.

Upper Level: Stairs from front entrance and living room lead up to bedrooms 1 and 2. Both bedrooms have carpeted floors. A full bathroom on this level is shared by the two bedrooms. A ceiling fan is in each bedroom.

Basement: Interior stairs lead to the washer and dryer in the basement.

Inadequate lighting, the cottage was very dark with smaller 6-8 inch lights, The outdoor deck chairs were extremely uncomfortable , all throws and pillows needed a good wash unpleasant smell and finally the wall to wall Carpeting was covered with stains and in need of rug cleaning."
