The main floor primary unit of this home encompasses an open concept sitting area with an exquisite dining area that seats 8, plus island seating. On the second floor you will find laundry facilities, the primary bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses), and a bedroom with a queen bed. Enter from the main front door or choose to use the private entrance off the back yard complete with another outdoor shower, deck, gas grill, and sitting area with firepit and hammock. The main backyard/pool area is accessible via a connecting gate. The main floor of this space offers a lovely open area floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and family room. There is a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. You will find a second washer/dryer in the basement of this space. The second floor holds two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin), a full bathroom with a tub, and a loft space with TV and twin trundle bed.

The home was perfect in providing tons of common space for all while giving enough separation for time alone and good sleeping. The outdoor kitchen and seating area were perfect for preparing meals and relaxing together. Kids were in the pool every afternoon following visits to very nearby beaches and going on bike rides on the nearby trail. We did the difficult beach boardwalk puzzle and had 11 missing pieces. Again. Cheesy. 4). Replace ignition and burner pieces in the grill area. They clearly don’t work consistently and our experience with a miny explosion on the griddle suggests that they are a major accident waiting to happen." (6/5)
