- **Anonymous**: "I hate to write this review because we did enjoy our experience for the most part, however, we won't be returning. The house itself is perfect size for our family and the pool table and ping pong tables in the basement are a welcomed addition! The two main problems we encountered... the house smelled musty/mildewy when we arrived. It was obvious that it had been cleaned and thankfully the owner was there to let us in since the previous renters had not left the keys in the lockbox. We were really struggling with the smell and had to open all the windows and doors. It turned out that the dehumidifier was not turned on, so once that was addressed the smell seemed to disappear. The only problem is that you need to manually dump the water from the dehumidifier because if you leave it to drain by itself, the smell comes back. The second issue is the wifi. It is basically non-existent. The router is in the owners house next to the rental so unless you're in the kitchen the wifi doesn't work. Which is a problem because as noted in another review, the cable is basic, and by basic, not much more than what you get with an antenna. We used our own fire stick and hot spot to stream shows for the kids. There is also not a great area to relax outside, one wooden picnic bench and wire fencing for pets. I will say the location is amazing and made trips to the beach very easy. If the owners made some minor changes, we'd consider returning." (6/5)
