The nicely equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen features modern appliances with a spacious adjacent dining/living area.  A Peloton Bicycle and treadmill are available if you feel like getting in a workout! The home is in close proximity to South Cape Beach among other DO NOT MISS destinations, and MINUTES to Mashpee Commons. 

Pool is open and heated from 5/16/26 to 10/17/26. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. 3 and 4 night minimum stays available during the shoulder seasons. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Linens and towels are provided for the tenant. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.
