The property is on approximately three acres of oceanfront property overlooking East Bay, Dowses Beach and Nantucket Sound. The beach is approximately 3/10th of a mile from the house, either at the end of Wianno Ave or Dowses Beach. There is also a saltwater pond with a small dock at the edge of the property which is great for crabbing or kayaking! The landscape is beautiful with lots of space to kick a soccer ball or grab a chair to sit and read!
Location is spectacular. Approximately one mile from the center of town. great for walking, running, cycling. Beautiful beaches with warm gulf stream water. Parking pass available for all town of Barnstable beaches. Very charming .
