Head out your door for the day to the beach, grab lunch at a nearby restaurant and return home to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Endless shopping and dining options await you on Main Street which is just 1.5 miles away. Enjoy the quaint streets and charming ambience of a vacation in Falmouth Heights. 
The main floor of the home has a lovely flow from the living room to the dining room to the kitchen. Also on the main floor is a sun-soaked game room and a den for an additional hang out space. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths complete the floor. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms plus an additional full bath. The front porch has plenty of seating to enjoy the endless parade of people in the area headed to the beach!
All bed linens are provided. Tenants provide their own towels. No pets or smoking please. Seven night minimum, Sat to Sat during the peak season. 4 night minimum rentals at a reduced rate in the shoulder seasons. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
