The main floor has the a thoughtful floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, sitting area, TV area, half bathroom and gym. Upstairs are the four bedrooms including a primary suite with a king bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and large tiled glass shower.  Down the hall are the other three bedrooms (one w/ a king, one w/ a queen and one w/ bunks beds w/ a single on the top and full bed on the bottom) plus another full bathroom. The home is filled with inspired touches like a large window in the kitchen that swings open to bring the outside in. Engage with your guests will prepping dinner and then spend the evening connecting around the fire in the backyard. A large outdoor shower is waiting for you to rinse off when you return from the beach. Multiple restaurants are nearby meaning you will never run out of options.
Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Sat. to Sat., 7 night minimum during the peak season. 4 Night minimum during the shoulder seasons at a reduced rate. Once again, we felt that the houses were not checked before our arrival to make sure everything was in operating order. The grills at both houses were not functional and had to be replaced. They were not replaced in time for us to use during our stay. Mold was found in the ice machine & coffee pot. The septic system was not functioning properly (smelled during the week).
