Seven night minimum, Sunday to Sunday Rental During the peak season. 4 night stays may be available in the shoulder seasons. Pets are considered.  Subject to applicable taxes and fees.  Tenants provide their own linens and towels.  Please inquire for additional details. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. The kitchen was not well-appointed, but the property manager was very responsive and within days we had everything we needed. It is worth mentioning that there is background street noise, as the house is close to the highway, but for us this was not a big deal. The other thing worth noting is that NO linens are included at all (as they state - they are up front about this in the listing) but this also includes kitchen towels. Overall we loved the pool, were impressed by the responsiveness of the property manager, and had a great vacation." (8/5)
