This stunning rental home is a vacationer’s dream!  Easy and close access to the ponds, bike trails, conservation area and town!  Featuring 4,100 sq. ft. of luxury living, you and your guests will enjoy every moment of your time here.  Featuring five bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, you will find it difficult to find another home that offers such a perfect set-up.

The Main floor of the home features a large great room with the kitchen, dining area and living room. An additional tv area is next to the great room as well as a half bathroom. Down the hall on the main floor are two bedrooms, both with queens beds and private en-suite baths. 

There are two separate second floor bedrooms, each accessed by their own staircase. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a separate soaker tub and shower. The primary bedroom has a private balcony as well overlooking the side patio. The other second floor bedroom features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

The lower level of the home is a large walkout space with two additional seating areas, laundry room, a bedroom with a queen bed which is a private bathroom next door.

The outdoor space has a wood burning fire-pit surrounded by chairs, two outdoor dining tables, a gas grill and an outdoor shower.

Enjoy the Chatham lifestyle and create a place for you and yours to return year after year.  All linens and towels are included. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis. 7 night minimum, Sat. to Sat. during the season.  Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
