Close to multiple Yarmouth beaches (.2 miles to Thachers Beach, .2 to Sea View Beach and .4 to Parker River Beach) and RT 28 and all of the restaurants and entertaining there, you will have no shortage of summer time fun awaiting you.  Spend your days relaxing in the sun and surf!  Come home and rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading out for a round of mini-golf and dinner.  Don't forget to try Capt. Parker's and their award winning clam chowder. The efficient kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or grill dinner. Bedroom 1 has two single beds. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Bedroom 3 has one queen with one single trundle underneath. The cottage has central AC, WiFi and a smart TV. The back deck features a gas grille and outdoor dining table. You and your guests will relax in comfort while being surrounded by the best that Cape Cod has to offer.
Sat to Sat rentals only. Tenants supply their own linens and pets are considered. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.  Please note there is no washer and dryer in the unit.
