The three bedrooms were of good size. The bathrooms (2.5) were up to date. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house was only a ten-minute walk to the center of Commercial Street. CONS: We stayed at the end of the summer season, the middle of September. The house needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom floors were so dirty my wife felt compelled to clean them. The master bedroom bathroom shower badly needed the grout cleaned. The sheets may have had a high thread count in June but were wash-worn by September. The pillows need to be immediately replaced in total. The living room couch cover material needs to be cleaned as it is stained. The rental agent, Heather was extremely helpful and efficient.
