- **Ryan O.**: "It’s always fun staying at the sea shell, great view beach side. We will likely request another stay next year There are however some maintenance items that need to be taken care of. The side yard essentially has a bunch of broken furniture and could be taken off the property/cleaned up. The table on the deck is falling apart and seems like it can break if any weight is applied. We received many splinters on the old deck and many parts of the boarding feels like it can break. I think this is a must needed repair. The bathroom could also use a bit of updating but not 100% necessary. It’s just very worn and a bit dirty looking. We do love staying here, it’s just some of these items definitely are getting worse year to year. Please consider updating some of these items. Thanks!" (8/5)

- **Randall L.**: "When we arrive, the former renters had left the keys inside the building and lock the door. Seems like a Safeway to do it, but we had no way to get in. We called the rental agent. She was there in no time with a key to let us in to grab the two keys that were right on the rack by the front door. The setting is beautiful, nice and quiet, but I would imagine that once the season starts it gets a little busy in fact, we did have one of the year long residence say to us you came at a great time because starting next week it starts to get loud and busy here. It has a great little beach and my favorite thing to do was to sit out in the morning at low tide and watch the oysterman tend to their babies in the traps and bring them in to set them to the beds out in the bay the one downside of this was that we were not told there is a coin op on site, which was nice to use halfway through the week. The other thing was really ended the the week with a bit of a punctuation point was the fact that as the girls were packing up on Friday night to get everything ready to load up on Saturday morning, they pulled the rags out of the closet and their bags were covered with ants. We noticed ant traps around the house most of the week but saw a very few ants with the exception of around the counters and the food area. We keep the areas clean and the edge just seem to go out their way and go off to somewhere. The 11 o’clock kerfuffle of finding their bags covered in ants was a little unsettling. I would recommend this property because it’s a great property for a great price, but I would recommend to the owners that they do something about their ant problem. we would rent again early in the season if we can be assured that the ant problem has been put under control."
