While the location is ideal, we found the house to be simple with limited amenities (e.g., AC only worked moderately well and not in all rooms) and the house was not clean upon our arrival. While the owner and real estate office were helpful and responsive in rectifying the issues re: cleanliness, keep in mind that this is a simple cape residence in a great location. If you're looking for an updated vacation home to enjoy, this one is not the one for you." (6/5)
