Luxury Beachfront Condo on Bayview Beach (2047)

Hard to believe our week flew by as quickly as it did! The house is incredible and the location cannot be beat. The house has plenty of space, no one feels on top of each other. Stocked with all the necessities, we barely left! Steps to the incredible beach, we had an amazing time and will be back!

Pros: The location of this rental couldn't be any better- it was extremely convenient to be able to walk back and forth to the beach as needed throughout the day. The extra TV space in the basement was great for the kids, and it was nice having a bathroom on each level. It's bright and spacious, and comfortably fit our family of 6. Cons: The 9am checkout is pretty early, and not being able to check in until 4pm was kind of a bummer- especially if the house has already been cleaned and is just sitting ready to go. It would have been nice if we could have at least parked a car in the driveway and gone to the beach while waiting for the 4pm check-in. Most of the exterior lights are burnt out, making it difficult when you return to the house late at night. While the kitchen is nice and spacious, everything seemed to be shoved in to random cabinets- it was hard finding what you needed because of this. Overall- We had a great stay and we would certainly rent here again.

Our rental week at this property was just what we expected -- a newly built home with super easy, walk on, beach access. The house was stocked with plenty of convenience, from beach chairs to grills, we were able to fully enjoy the week and sunset views from the deck each night were fantastic! Property management company made checking in easy and we found the property to be very well maintained.
