The house was roomy, very clean, not cluttered; the kitchen had everything we needed (just pack an extra chopping board). We ate out on the deck a lot and made good use of the charcoal grill. We appreciated being able to open the garage to wheel our bikes in overnight. Washer/dryer set up in basement was great (clean, dry). For those needing to work, the WiFi was strong throughout the house; we did have some short breaks in service (not specific to property). Check in/out with the Realty went smoothly-- but in general, we felt that all communications were cursory and aimed at us following rules vs service-oriented. We were not given any information specific to the property or town (e.g. beach pass system or rules). While I understand the reasoning, the current check out time of 9 am is tough and took away from an otherwise relaxed stay." (10/5)
