- **Anonymous**: "Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time here. The property is in a fantastic location on the Cape, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay. When we arrived, the sink in the main floor bathroom was inoperable. The property manager was very responsive and did their best to resolve the issue. Although it wasn’t able to be repaired before we checked out, I appreciated their communication and willingness to help. We also found that some of the downstairs light switches only worked after flipping them on and off multiple times before the lights would come on. The home could also benefit from some updates. The refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer all felt fairly dated. The biggest issue for us, however, was the air conditioning. There is only one AC unit in the kitchen area, and when temperatures reached the mid-80s, it wasn’t enough to cool the rest of the house and made those days rather uncomfortable. Adding AC units to the bedrooms and living room would make a significant difference in comfort during the summer. We also noticed quite a few small bugs inside the house throughout our stay. Being on the Cape, it’s understandable that some insects can make their way inside, but it was more noticeable than we expected. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent location and the responsive property management. With a few maintenance repairs, some updated appliances, improved air conditioning, and better pest control, this would be an even better place to stay." (8/5)
