Pet-Friendly Orleans Ranch (1560)

IRental experience was A breeze. Berkshire Hathaway response in a timely matter and makes everything easy Rented this property three times from them and I have no complaints With the rental agent

Enjoyed our stay in Orleans in October 2022. The house was well supplied with everything we needed and is located in a somewhat remote location which gave us privacy but is also close to Nauset Beach and Orleans Center. There was an issue with the tv’s not working due to a storm just before we got there but Berkshire Hathaway staff handled the problem well under the circumstances. The only recommendation we would suggest is that the real estate office check to make sure everything is working before it’s occupied. The electric outlet in the main bathroom didn’t work nor did the outside garage light and it was very dark walking in and out at night. Overall we were very pleased with the service from BH.

Comfortable place overall; internet almost non existent, very few TV channels; owner had not paid internet bill; minor repairs needed; tub did not drain; pleased to have a dog friendly place.
