Various fans and window ventilation keep us comfortable through the hot days. Recommendations: Given the mosquitoes we found ourselves wishing for a screened porch. (Short of that there are devices that attract and kill mosquitoes that could be provided) Given the heat both last year and this year...we also would have appreciated some air conditioning. The grill had not been cleaned at all and we had to remove layers of burnt on grease to make it useable. But overall we had a great time at a great property." (8/5)
