This home truly offers the best of both worlds: just a short distance to the center of town, for some excitement or enjoy a leisurely day tucked away in the hammock. Enjoy any or every meal of the day at the outdoor dining table on the deck.  Run and play with the kids in the large yard inclusive of a lovely swing set or in the playhouse, and afterwards enjoy a relaxing rinse in the newly renovated outdoor shower – a staple of summertime on the Cape. 

Amenities include central air, high quality furnishings, and a new front-loading washer and dryer in the basement. The eat-in kitchen is bright and cheerful including a dishwasher and plenty of space for meals – preparing and enjoying them! On the first floor is a cozy living room with a sizeable television and Apple TV4K, an airy screened-in porch including a convertible couch and a second television, two bedrooms (with cordless, room-darkening blinds!), and a full bath. On the second floor are two more bedrooms and a half bath. For cooking outdoors there is a gas grill and a charcoal Weber grill. Additionally, the property is regularly treated with organic mosquito control protection.
