The first floor offers two bedrooms, 1 with 2 twin beds and 1 with a twin trundle.  There is a primary bedroom on the second floor with a queen sized bed, TV and a private balcony with a set of table & chairs. 

Relax and enjoy the large back deck and gazebo; great for unplugging, sunning or barbequing on the gas grill. Other nice amenities include an enclosed outside shower, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.  Come and enjoy your home away from home at the Cape. Approx. 1262 sq. ft.  3 night minimums available off season which includes cleaning!  

Ductless AC in living room, bedrooms currently have window AC units.
