This rustic large cottage is located in a quiet, private area in the Cape Cod National Seashore, just 1/4 mile to Bound Brook Island Beach. Located in the woods, it is a cottage for those who wish to be "one with nature". 

It is a two bedroom, but can sleep 6 with the extra loft sleeping area. Located on the main level are the living, dining and kitchen areas. There is a small deck and a lovely brick patio where you can enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. In the sunroom is also a double futon for extra sleeping. There are twin beds in the upper level and on the lower level, is a full bath with a tub and a bedroom with a king sized bed. There is also an extra sleeping area with a queen sized bed available in the loft accessed through a pull down ladder in the living area.  The second bathroom with tub is accessible via the terrace door.  The outdoor enclosed shower is a wonderful addition.

Also, Mosquito Squad regularly treats this property and homeowner welcomes input and feedback if additional treatments are needed.  Dogs considered with an added $150 fee per dog per week.  An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.
