I may have shared this with Dave a few years ago when Elise (and Dave) helped with a rental problem when our A/C failed during the hottest week of the summer. Robert Paul Properties saved us from a horrific rental experience with another Cape Cod rental business. Mary Cornish answered our desperate plea for a last minute Cape rental right away (on a Sunday in the middle of July, no less). She was a dream to work with, a complete professional, and such a contrast in every way from the other place we had gone with initially. Mary even brought my mother flowers when I mentioned it was her birthday the following day. The house was gorgeous, clean, and spacious with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware. The property borders conservation land and was equally as beautiful and quiet. I almost don't want to say how great this place was so we have a better chance of renting here again but it's too good not to share. We will definitely book with Robert Paul Properties and Mary again.
