Plan to arrive 45 minutes before departure to allow time for parking and ticket pickup. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure, and the train cannot hold for late passengers. Bring your camera, wear your Christmas jammies, and prepare for 90 minutes of pure magic as the conductor punches golden tickets, dancers perform, and Santa boards at the North Pole to greet every guest.
