The Falmouth Public Library's Charlie Cart is a fully functional mini-kitchen on wheels, rolling right into the heart of the library's main branch. You'll work at a real cooking station with all the tools you need—griddles, spatulas, and everything in between. The library provides a variety of breads and cheeses; you bring your secret ingredient and the creativity. It's cooking as community, not as performance.

Join us at the Falmouth Public Library – Main Branch on February 8, 2025 at 12:30 PM for a grilled cheese social on the Charlie Cart, the library's functional mini-kitchen on wheels. We'll provide a variety of bread and cheeses. Bring your secret ingredient(s) and share them with friends and other library patrons. There will be a friendly competition with judges to answer the age-old question of "what makes the best grilled cheese." The library is located at 300 Main Street, Falmouth, MA 02540.
