Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick has designed a different regional menu for each Friday night dinner from September 20 through November 15, 2024. Every course highlights what's in season on the 8-acre farm, paired with locally sourced meats and fish. Dinners are served family-style in the farm's glass greenhouse, where twinkling lights mirror the stars as the sun sets and the air turns crisp.

Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and his culinary team have creatively designed different menus for each of the Greenhouse Dinners. Each week's menu will have a specific regional theme and highlight the farm's current seasonal offerings, accompanied by locally sourced meats and fish, creating the quintessential farm-to-table experience. Dinners are served family-style in the farm's largest state-of-the-art glass greenhouse, where twinkling lights suspended above the dining area begin to shine along with the stars as the sun goes down. September 20 & 27 | October 4, 11, 18, 25 | November 1, 8, 15 $200 per person. Four-course dinner, beer and wine, tax and gratuity included.
