Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and his culinary team have creatively designed different menus for each of the Greenhouse Dinners. Each week's menu will have a specific regional theme and highlight the farm's current seasonal offerings, accompanied by locally sourced meats and fish, creating the quintessential farm-to-table experience. Dinners are served family-style in the farm's largest state-of-the-art glass greenhouse, where twinkling lights suspended above the dining area begin to shine along with the stars as the sun goes down. September 20 & 27 | October 4, 11, 18, 25 | November 1, 8, 15 $200 per person. Four-course dinner, beer and wine, tax and gratuity included.
