Taste the craft

Beyond the gallery walls, the festival opens to something equally compelling: local artisan food makers offering jams, rubs, spices, oils, jellies, and more. Walk the fair with a small plate in hand, sampling the work of people who know their craft as deeply as any jeweler or glassblower. These are the flavors of Cape Cod summers—preserved, blended, and made to take home.
