The Pilgrim Monument Lights
Join Provincetown's beloved tradition on November 11th, honoring the 1620 Mayflower landing in Cape Cod waters.
A Ceremony 404 Years in the Making
On November 11th, 1620, the Mayflower made first landfall in the New World, and the Pilgrims dropped anchor in Provincetown Harbor. This year, we light the monument at 6:00 p.m. to mark that moment. Arrive by 5:30 p.m. at High Pole Hill to claim your spot on the lawn and take in the view as darkness falls and the lights ignite above the harbor.
Before the Lights Come On
Join us for a ticketed celebration on the monument grounds. Food, drink, and the best seat in the house.
