Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of music and giving back at the 4th Annual Outer Cape Music Festival on September 5 and 6, 2026.
Join us at Wellfleet Town Pier for two days of live music, waterfront views, great food, drinks, and one last big celebration of summer on Cape Cod.
We're thrilled to welcome our headliners Electric Six and Baha Men, alongside an incredible lineup of local and regional artists including Crooked Coast, 40 Thieves and Friends, The Boston Naturals, Natalia Bonfini, Club 9 Ball, Bar Maids, Matt Devlin, Watch Your Step, and more.
Every ticket helps support important causes including Lower Cape Outreach Council, The Eastham/Orleans Elks Veterans Fund, The Lily House, Wellfleet Food Pantry, the festival's growing youth music scholarship program, and now Boston Children's Hospital, a cause close to organizers' hearts.
