Jazz legends, one unforgettable night

The 19th Annual Provincetown Jazz Festival celebrates Lou Colombo and Louis Prima with Lori Colombo and the Cape Cod Jazz Quartet.

Two Legends, One Evening

Lou Colombo (1927–2012) was a renowned jazz trumpeter who graced the Provincetown Jazz Festival stage in 2007. Tonight, his daughter Lori honors his legacy with the Cape Cod Jazz Quartet, drawing from the Great American Songbook and the jazz standards that defined his era. The evening opens with a Louis Prima tribute—a salute to "The King of Swing"—before moving into Lori's celebration of her father's artistry and influence.
